Three Wonderful Finds!

As much as it saddens me to hear about the closing of Aleida, I have to be happy for Aleida Rhode for pursing a new career in real life.  The business will close on June 23rd and that means you have a limited amount of time to make your last purchases from  Aleida at very generous discounts. 

I purchased several items at Aleida today, but I fell in love with the classiness and elegance of a dress titled "Be My Date".  The dress is available in plum, red, olive, mustard, copper, and black for only L$100!  The black lace layer of the creation is a lovely accent, and I adore the sash and bow at the waist!  This design is perfect for almost any occasion and is very versatile depending on the accessories you wear with it!

As for my choice of accessories, I chose to wear the Adrienne jewelry set from Stars! for my outing at the theater.   This set of pearls is absolutely stunning!  The Adrienne set includes the beautiful earrings, bracelets, and pearl necklace!  This set makes me question if diamonds really are a girls best friend!

The last beautiful find from my outing today is the Alexia skin from Essences.  I was told about this skin from a contact on Facebook.  I wondered if the skin was still free as her entry was several days old.  As luck would have it, when I visited the Essences main store today, the skin was still available for free!  Plus, not only is the Alexia skin free, the skin package includes the cleavage option, cute mole tattoo, eye lashes tattoo, and two freckle tattoos!

New Release from Entre Mares!

I'm so excited to be back to blogging!  After my last post I experienced some computer difficulties and it took some time to find a new system which fit in a budget for the unexpected purchase.  I want to thank everyone for communicating their concern and support while I was offline. 

Now, for the post! 

Before my Second Life was rudely interrupted by technical difficulties, I came across an exquisite gown from Entre Mares titled Lynn that I simply adore!  It is unmistakably clear Sykao Adamski, owner and designer of Entre Mares, spent a great deal of time creating Lynn from the alluring bust design to the elegant train.  This sensually feminine creation was designed to captivate and entice with it's flowing delicacy and rich detail.

The gorgeous design inspires and tempts the imagination, and the shoulder attachment adds a romantically seductive air while dancing and strolling. 

I'm sure you will fall in love with this stunning creation by Entre Mares!   Lynn can currently be found in the new release section of the main store and is available in white, beige, and pink for only L$800.  That is an unbelievable bargain for the beautifully created gown!

I have fallen in love with a totally adorable outfit from AlterEgo named Social Butterfly!  It seems I'm not the only one who adores the beautifully colored T-shirt and the jeans with butterflies on the back pockets!  I have worn this outfit a few times shopping in the last week and have received numerous compliments on it!

Vero Modero -- Mesh Releases!

I'm beginning to really love mesh creations, especially when they have the quality like those from Vero Modero.  I've never ceased to be amazed by the exquisite detail, creativity, and versatility of the items from Vero Modero.

One of the recent mesh releases from Vero Modero is the Shanon Ela Set.  This set has been given a special location in my closet because of it's unique style, versatility, and accessories!  The Shanon Ela Set includes the beautifully detailed top, four skirt lengths in three sizes, and also the masks to accompany each skirt length.  Also included in the set is the belt, adorable hat, long scarf, and short scarf!  You couldn't ask for more from a set!

J & W Jewelers -- Beautiful Discounts

Jewelry stores are usually dangerous places to a shopper's linden balance; however, at J & W Jewelers, you will find a fantastic selection of high quality jewelry that will fit every occasion and almost every budget!   

During my most recent visit to J & W Jewelers, my eye was caught by the Dru Erin Collection.  I adore the artistic detail and the versatility of the set!  The Dru Erin Collection includes the earrings and necklace and is available in ruby, amethyst, sapphire, emerald, cameo and amethyst, and dark ruby.  As luck would have it, the dark ruby set was on special and I picked it up for L$150! 

While I was looking around, I also fell in love with the Jade collection.  I loved the elegance and delicacy of the creation.  The Jade Collection includes the earrings, necklace, and lovely bracelet.  The collection is available in amethyst, emerald, cobalt, ruby, quartz crystal, blue sapphire, aqua marine, and dark pink ice.  On my way into another part of the store, I noticed that the dark pink ice was on special for L$20!  I almost felt like I was stealing the set at the time I purchased it!

As I wandered about next room of J & W Jewelers, I noticed a wall of discounted items.  When I saw the LesLey set on sale for L$10 and I had to have it!  The set is simply stunning and I've already had several compliments on it!

Marketplace Treasures -- Chicky Zapatero & ::VMC::

Ever been shopping for one thing on the Marketplace and end up finding something else?  Well, that is what happened to me today! 

The first treasure I found today was the beautifully realistic Caprice skin and shape by Chicky Zapatero!  As you can see from the close-up photo of the face, the skin is stunningly realistic!  Of course, the skin compliments the shape perfectly.  In the photo I have not modified the shape at all; however, should you wish to make changes, the shape is modifiable.

The second treasure was the adorable dress from ::VMC::  named Frenzy.  This dress is available in cream, purple, green, pink, and blue for L$10 each or L$40 for the pack of five colors.  No, I didn't forget a digit in the price, all the prices at ::VMC::  are unbelievably affordable!

For the Love of Jeans -- AlterEgo!

I don't know about you, but I love jeans!  I had to do a little shopping over the weekend and I have to tell you about my two newest wardrobe additions from AlterEgo!

The first outfit is "2Cute4U"  and it is just too cute!   The low-rise jeans are a dark wash and the bottoms would go fabulously with your favorite boots or heels!  The top is totally adorable!  I love the bow accents on the sleeves! This outfit includes the top, colored bra, and jeans.  It is available in pink, purple, gray, green, red, and aqua.

I want to applaud Adriana Steampunk, the owner of ::Happy.Face::, for bringing awareness of Kony 2012 into Second Life.

Three Mesh Releases from Amarelo Manga

If you have not attended the MIX + MESH Spring Fashion Fair 2012, you still have time!  The fair will continue until March 12!
