Nice and Slightly Naughty

Each of us have a nice and a slightly naughty side, right?  Well, I have a look today that is nice and slightly naughty!

First, let me show you the something for your nice side!  The photo below shows the Candi skin from The Skin You're In at Toys for Tots event.   The Candi skin is only L$200, and 100% of the sale goes towards the Toys for Tots charity!  For your donation, you will receive the skin, teeth tattoo, freckle tattoo, dimple tattoo, brow layers, and also a shape!  If you want to donate more, there is a donation wagon nearby.

Sing a Little Song

When I saw the uniquely elegant creation Leap from Lyrical B!zarre Templates, it brought music to my heart!  So, I thought it appropriate to have a musical them to the photos!

Leap, a full permissions creation, is available from November 20th to December 17th at The Couturier's Docks event.  The event features exclusive releases from some of SL's top designers in limited quantities for 50% off!  You don't want to delay, there are only 46 of the 50 copies of Leap available!

EB Awareness Event

I want to thank each of you for spreading the word about the EB Awareness Event and for participating in the event by making purchases, attending activities, and for your donations!  Thanks to you, the event has raised over L$107,000 so far!

Happy Birthday to Me!

So, today is my birthday and I have some birthday gifts to show you!!  I've split my gifts into a couple of posts, so be sure to check back later today!

My first present is the Tiffany outfit from Amarelo Manga at Designer Circle!  I adore the classic design and the sheer elegance of the accessories!  I let out a gasp of delight when I saw the darling clutch and fabulous jewelry!

I must say, the shoes were the most surprising gift because the HUD matches the skin tone for you!  It was a snap!  Plus, if you need to adjust further, you can do so very easily!

While I was exploring SL, I decide to focus on just a few things which are necessary for every woman.  So today, I want to show you a few things that every woman should have in her inventory.

Every woman needs the classic little black dress in her wardrobe!  You'll find a delightful version from Masoom at Designer Circle!

The dress is only L$95, and is also available in jade and ocean!  The other two colors would be perfect for an outing at the beach, or a shopping trip with your friends!  You'll want to hurry to pick up your choice of colors as the current round will be ending soon!

Warming Up the Week!

The past several days have been very irritating, because I've been unable to stay logged into SL.  However, I was able to stay logged in long enough to show you some fabulous finds to warm up your week!

The first fashion gem I want to show you is the alluring Honey dress from AlterEgo!  Honey is a recent release and includes an easy to use HUD to change to your choice of thirteen colors!  It is also available in a Dark Pack with eighteen color options, and an Ombre Pack with seven color options!

As you probably have heard, the Womenstuff Hunt has begun and the prizes are wonderful!  I was able to find the Keeley Avatar as a prize from Panda Punx!  Shown in the photo below is the Keeley skin which is part of the prize!  The prize is free and includes the skin, shape, eyebrow shape, appliers, and more!  I think you will agree that is a very generous prize for the hunters!

Also shown in the photos is the fetching eye patch from Cubic Cherry Kre-ations!  The mesh eye patch is available in five colors, and is easily re-sized using the touch menu!

Enchanting Items from the Flawless "Snow Much Fun" Cart Sale

For some of us, the winter weather is becoming a bit depressing; however, you can shake off those blues and attend the Flawless "Snow Much Fun" Cart Sale!  The event will continue until February 28th, so you still have some time to attend.

While exploring the event,  I was instantly drawn to the stunning gown from Womanity at the Flawless Cart Sale!  The Royal Gown is only L$50 during the event and is color change via HUD to eight rich colors!  I think you will agree the colors, ornate pattern of the fabric, and the delicate design is delightfully eye catching!

I was also charmed by the gorgeous Carrie skin from Style by Kira at the Cart Sale!  The skin is beautifully detailed and is only L$100 during the event.   Understandable, I was also drawn to the exquisite Christina jewelry set from Beloved Jewelry at the Cart Sale for only L$245!  The set includes a HUD to change the metals, metal accents, and the gems! You won't have any issue coordinating the set to your outfit!

The final gown I have to show you today is from Lyrical B!zarre at the Cart Sale.  The captivating Kind gown is a full permissions template for creators; however, it does include a wearable product for those of us who are not designers!  Please note that this creation includes a mesh pencil skirt which can be worn without the flowing prim attachments.

Dear Readers,

     Thank you for your prayers and well wishes while I have been away to be with my grandmother and family.  Sadly, my grandmother passed away on January 25, 2014 from pancreatic cancer.  It was difficult to watch her slip away from us; however, I was given the opportunity to tell her that I loved her before her passing.  Not everyone is given that gift.

The Intricate Side of Artistry by ~E~

The glamorous Native Fox set from Indyra Originals includes the leggings in bronze and black, and also the four off-the-shoulder mesh tops in bronze, gold, silver, and black in four sizes to help ensure a lovely fit to your unique shape!

Vero Modero -- More to Love

I'm always excited to visit Vero Modero!  It's one of those places that inspires you to reinvent yourself with every trip!  There is always something to add new life to an outfit you already cherish.  

My most current trip to Vero Modero introduced me to one of the newest releases.  The La Panca set includes the mesh top, lace bikini top, and pants.  I must say, this outfit was a lot of fun to style!  I look forward to seeing what others choose to wear with this fantastic outfit!

Romantically KaTink

While writing the previous blog post, I received an early Valentine's Day card from a friend.  So, as I was all dressed up, I decided to create a Valentine's Day photo using the look created!

If you are creating a photo, or card, for Valentine's Day, you must have a lovely scene.  There are many wonderful locations for a photo in SL; however, KaTink has made photography a breeze with a variety of enchanting props and gorgeous backgrounds of locations all over SL!

To help you get started with your project, I've chosen to show you an elegant mini-ballroom prop that is perfect for your Valentine's Day photo!  Not only is the mini-ballroom lovely and beautifully created, there are also fine, sparkling particles that swirl around the creation.  If you want an elegantly romantic photo, this is the prop for you!  You can rezz a copy of the prop when you visit KaTink to take a closer look!

If you notice, in the photo, there is a winter scene through the windows.  I chose one of the stunning winter backgrounds from KaTink to make the view a bit more seasonal, and also more attractive than the view from my platform.
