Analog Flashback

I confess, I remember when Atari was new and Pac Man was the most popular game to play!  Saying that, I flashed back to fond memories of playing video games at the arcade in the mall when I saw the fabulously fun 8 Bit Bow from no. 7 at Level Up!  There are nine fun colors available!  When you make your purchase, you'll be thrilled to find that you receive a hair bow and a bow tie for only L$50!  If you have not visited the Level Up event, please hurry.  I visited today and items are still out; however, I believe it is technically over.

Speaking of video games, when I played Mrs. Pac Man, I loved when Pac Man and Mrs. Pac Man meet for a smooch.  When they kissed, a little heart appeared.  That is what I thought of when I saw Pixel Love from AlterEgo!  I simply adore this creation not only for taking me back to my childhood, but also because it is expertly textured and fun in it's styling!

The Pixel Love sweater is available in black, white, baby blue, and pink for only L$125 each.  However, you can save some lindens and purchase the fat pack for only L$420!

During my exploration of the store, I found the fetching Legacy Denims, and the delightful Queeny sneakers!  When you go to the footwear department, make sure to check out the roller skates, I almost wore them for this post!

Face the Sun

Have you every walked into a store and felt yourself being pulled to an outfit?  That's what happened when I visited Wetherby's recently!

I was drawn to Face the Sun like a bee to a daisy in a field!  The beautifully detailed design and the vibrant colors were just irresistible!  I also couldn't deny my closet the darling hat!

After my visit to Wetherby's, I stopped at Designer Showcase!  This is always dangerous for my linden balance as so many fabulous designers are there!

While I was looking around, I found the enchanting Kendall skin in vanilla from Dulce Secrets at Designer Showcase! Many of my favorite skins are light in tones, and I couldn't resist the sheer elegance of the skin.   Kendall is available in four tones, so I'm sure you will find one to suit your taste!

Every Woman Needs

While I was exploring SL, I decide to focus on just a few things which are necessary for every woman.  So today, I want to show you a few things that every woman should have in her inventory.

Every woman needs the classic little black dress in her wardrobe!  You'll find a delightful version from Masoom at Designer Circle!

The dress is only L$95, and is also available in jade and ocean!  The other two colors would be perfect for an outing at the beach, or a shopping trip with your friends!  You'll want to hurry to pick up your choice of colors as the current round will be ending soon!

Every woman also needs a hair style that captures attention!  Ceridwen is one of the new hair styles from Tameless Hair!  It is a captivating style with intricate braids and an elegant bun!  I love this style as it can be worn with formal, business, or casual attire!  The style would also be wonderful for role play!

Warming Up the Week!

The past several days have been very irritating, because I've been unable to stay logged into SL.  However, I was able to stay logged in long enough to show you some fabulous finds to warm up your week!

The first fashion gem I want to show you is the alluring Honey dress from AlterEgo!  Honey is a recent release and includes an easy to use HUD to change to your choice of thirteen colors!  It is also available in a Dark Pack with eighteen color options, and an Ombre Pack with seven color options!

As you probably have heard, the Womenstuff Hunt has begun and the prizes are wonderful!  I was able to find the Keeley Avatar as a prize from Panda Punx!  Shown in the photo below is the Keeley skin which is part of the prize!  The prize is free and includes the skin, shape, eyebrow shape, appliers, and more!  I think you will agree that is a very generous prize for the hunters!

Also shown in the photos is the fetching eye patch from Cubic Cherry Kre-ations!  The mesh eye patch is available in five colors, and is easily re-sized using the touch menu!

Wishing for Spring

While dodging the rolling restarts, I managed to get photos of  some releases at The KOLLECTIVE!  As always, there are many treasures to find!

The first treasure I want to show you is from Dirty Little Secret at The KOLLECTIVE.  I love the colors and fabric pattern chosen for the Citrus Blues design!  The darling mesh outfit includes the fetching dress and the matching pumps for only L$100!

Another find is a wonderful photo prop from Something New at The KOLLECTIVE!  The Poppin' Rain prop is perfect for your own personal or professional photos!  The package includes the pose, prop with rain, umbrella, and bag for only L$100!  There are four props in the Poppin' Rain series.  Be sure to check them all out!

The temperature outside dropped again, but I'm warmly wrapped in fashion with my finds from [Phunk] and Womanity at the Flawless Cart Sale!

The Fishermans Sweater from [Phunk] is fabulously created and richly detailed!  I decided to pair the sweater with the fetching mesh leggings I found from Womanity at the Flawless Cart Sale.  This outfit is perfect for keeping out the cold on chilly days! Plus, if you are feeling in the mood for color, both the sweater and the leggings are color change via a HUD!

My other find for the outfit was the unique unisex necklace from [Phunk]!  The necklace includes a HUD, which is very easy to use, for personalizing the necklace to your taste and mood!

Finds from Vero Modero and The Kollective

Shadow Moon at The Kollective

I'm so excited about tomorrow!  I've been waiting in anticipation for what seems like years for the first round of  The Kollective to open!  If you have not heard, The Kollective is an event which includes items from a variety of designers who have collaborated with a blogger to create an exclusive item!

New Favorites from Immerse

Every time I stop by Immerse, there is always a new release calling my name.  As I had been offline for several weeks, there were several new releases which beckoned me to purchase them.  Of course, I'm not one to ignore the call of fantastic fashion!

The first release which called to me was Belladonna.   I fell in love with the softly feminine style which is paired perfectly with the charming floral pattern.  I couldn't resist wearing a tiara from Artistry by ~E~ because I really did feel like a princess in the gown!  You'll be thrilled to know that Belladonna gown is available in eight separate colors, so you are sure to find your favorite color!

Another release I added to my wardrobe was Tai.  It was very difficult to choose between the eight separate color variations; however, I finally chose the Xiaoqin Xian Green dress.  Oh, and if you are wondering about the color description, each dress bares the name of a famous Chinese woman along with the color.  So, you can enjoy the beautiful dress and also be inspired to learn more about an admirable woman!

The last newer release which called to me was the gorgeously versatile Julie. The creation allows three skirt options which are a sleek mesh, mermaid mesh, and a flexi mermaid skirt.   Julie is available in teal, pink, peach, and grey!  Believe me, you are sure to want all colors of this lovely creation!

Hello!  If you had not heard, I have been offline due to a fire at my home.  The cause was an electrical issue in the crawlspace of the house.  Needless to say, it was horribly frightening to wake up to smoke filling the house; however, I am so very thankful the fire was quickly extinguished so no one was hurt (not even the pets) and there was only minor damage to the house.  The lesson I learned to pass on to you is to check your fire alarms!
