Fitting My Mood

To start the weekend, I was in the mood for something in bright colors to wear, and also for a new skin.  I looked through my landmarks and decided to stop by Amarelo Manga and the SYS Project to see if I could find something to suit my mood!

I found two gorgeous outfits at Amarelo Manga which totally fit my mood!  I fell in love with the lovely style of both outfits, and the colors fit my mood beautifully!  I'm looking forward to wearing them during some of the outings with friends I have planned!

The creators in Second Life have been extremely busy lately!  I have new releases to show you from Apparence, Butterfly Effectz , Tameless Hair, and External Appearance for YGLTS!

The lovely Marie skin, shown in the photo below,  is a new release from Apparence!   Marie is available in a wonderful choice of tones and several exquisite make-up options!  Also shown the the photo is the beautiful Makara shape which can be found at the External Appearance booth at the You're Gonna Love This Sale event on the Flawless Sim! You'll also find several other shapes on sale at the booth, so don't miss out!

The hair shown in the photos is one of the new releases from Tameless Hair named Xandra!  I love this style because it is loaded with confidence and attitude!  Though I chose to wear it today with a casual outfit, Xandra would be an excellent choice to wear with low-cut formal.

The last new release I'll show you today is a sexy pair of jeans from Butterfly Effectz called Bootie Pop.  I adore the fit of these jeans, and they do live up to their name!  The Bootie Pop jeans are extremely well designed and are available in blue, faded black, and rustic!

Autumn Calling!

Are you starting to snuggle closer to the heater because the call of Autumn is surrounding you with cooler temperatures?  Well, I started to feel the cooler temperatures and began searching for something both stylish and warm!

At Punky Chicks, I found the perfect outfit that is both fashionable and warm!  The wonderful knitted  stripped dress, scarf, and socks are beautifully detailed and the colors reflect those of the season. The delightful knit items are available in aubergine, blue pastels, olives, reds, soft naturals, and spice.  If you are like me, you won't be able to choose just one, because each of the rich Autumn colors will call out to you!

Also perfect for the season is the hair created by Tameless.  Ronnie is a charmingly sassy style that gently frames the face while the bangs softly fall to attract attention to the eyes.   This is a really lovely hairstyle, that can be worn for any occasion!

I also found a stunning new skin at Apparence named Emma and paired it with the Blossom eye shadow and lashes from Shakeup.   I thought the combination created a very stunning look when paired with the hair and knitted scarf from the outfit.

Indyra Originals -- Three Releases to Love

When one thinks of fashion creators in Second Life, Indyra Seigo is at the top of the list!  The designs at Indyra Originals are undoubtedly some of the most fashionably unique creations on the grid.  If you have not visited Indyra Originals lately, I have three designs which will have you rushing to the entrance of the main store!

There is something for every budget at Indyra Originals! I found the Fallon outfit for only L$100 during my recent visit!  This outfit includes the jacket, leggings, belt, and the lace choker with brooch.  I love this creation for it's modern interpretation on a Victorian era style! 

If you love glamour, you'll love Garbo!  The beautifully feminine outfit includes the blouse, slacks, gloves, and the top hat for only L$495!  This outfit is a styling dream!  It can be paired with draping necklaces, brooches, and so many other accessories!  I look forward to seeing what others create from this elegant design!

The last creation from Indyra Originals I have to show you is the exquisite Paloma!  As you can see in the photo, this creation enables you compose a huge variety of captivating looks!  The outfit includes the elegant skirt, slacks, sheer top, strappy top, gloves, shoulder poofs, two bow attachments, and rose attachment for only L$995!  That's an extremely wonderful value for the variety of looks you can create!

KaTink - Poses & More -- Wonderful Finds!

By now, you may have heard that Props N Poses, also known as PNP, closed a little over a month ago; however, you may not have heard AnneMarit Jarvinen took the ashes of  PNP and created a new and amazing store named KaTink - Poses and More!

At KaTink  you will find poses and props of the highest quality for all occasions in SL!  The poses and props you will find in the three floors of the store were created by most of the same wonderful designers from the past business!  You'll also find a fantastic selection of backgrounds for your photography needs!  You'll want to check back often because the KaTink staff is working hard to release new products, and to also re-brand past favorites.

During my most recent visit to KaTink  I took advantage of the L$60 Weekend specials.  This weekend, you can picked up the Allison Set 1 for only L$60!  You will find the L$60 Weekend items on the second floor near the new releases!  The discounted items include poses for singles and couples, and also several wonderful backgrounds!

It is one of the most easy to use and versatile props I have come across!  The Hot Box is loaded with 19 fabulous poses and 21 fantastic wall colors that are changed through a touch menu!  Plus, the Hot Box allows the avatar to be positioned very easily through the menu; furthermore, since the Hot Box is modifiable, textures can be added to personalize the prop!
